While Roadside Assistance Hotline is available at no additional charge, all costs associated with these emergency roadside services are the responsibility of the Card Member. Services are provided for self-propelled, four-wheel vehicles designed, licensed, and used for private on-road transportation, and trucks up to 10, lbs gross vehicle weight.

Services are available regardless of mileage from primary residence when traveling within the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Canada, Puerto Rico and the U. Right of Recovery If We make a payment to You under this Plan and You recover an amount from another, equal to or less than Our payment, You shall hold in trust for Us the proceeds of the recovery and reimburse Us to the extent of Our payment. Subrogation In the event of any payment under this Policy, We shall be subrogated to the extent of such payment to all Your rights of recovery.
